Sales Representative & Outreach Specialist

Grounding Source supports high-achieving women in healing their burnout through a 3-day event based in the wilderness of Southern Utah. We are focused on supporting women and helping them learn new skills to be able to own their time again. 

The ideal candidate is someone who has experience in high ticket sales, multi-level marketing, or direct sales and aligns with the mission of Grounding Source.

The Grounding Source Market is someone who is a high achiever (typically working in tech, an entrepreneur, lawyer, professor) who is experiencing stress & burnout needing something to change. We will discuss this further during the interview if you are invited.

Responsibilities:

  • Well connected in the marketplace to prospect and contact potential clients. This sales position is not “farming”, it is “hunting”. Meaning you will be the primary person in charge of finding leads

  • Participate in Bi-weekly meetings (virtual) with Grounding Source owner 

  • Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline

  • Attend Grounding Source events in Southern Utah ( 4-6 events per/year)

  • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints

  • Open to asking for help or guidance if needed

  • Takes care of own personal stress/ burnout and communicates with the owner when help is needed

  • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments

Benefits:

  • As part of the ‘intro’ period employee would attend a grounding source event in the future

  • Attends 1 event/year free of cost

  • Leadership and sales coaching with the owner throughout employment 

  • $1,000.00-$1,500/month base payment with sales commission on top

  • Continued commission if clients sign up for follow up coaching

  • Potential to move into a coaching role

Qualifications:

  • Courageous 

  • Well connected within the marketplace

  • Connected to Grounding Source’s mission

  • Previous experience in sales, multi-level marketing, or direct sales

  • Ability to build rapport with clients quickly

  • Strong negotiation skills

  • Deadline and detail-oriented
